All new membership patients begin with a $150 initial consultation, available in person or virtually when appropriate.

Individualized hormone care for women and men based on your symptoms, goals, laboratory evaluation, and ongoing monitoring. Includes one monthly visit, lab review, treatment management, and ongoing adjustments when appropriate.

Includes one comprehensive visit per month, in-person or virtual care when appropriate, integrated lab and treatment review, ongoing medication and therapy management, and direct provider access Monday–Sunday, 7 AM–7 PM.
Each membership includes one visit per month. Additional visits are available for $99 per visit.
Membership fees cover ongoing professional care and access as described above. Medications, peptides, laboratory testing, IV therapy, supplements, regenerative procedures, and other treatments are billed separately unless specifically stated otherwise.
Treatment recommendations are individualized and based on clinical appropriateness. Membership does not guarantee a prescription for any particular medication or therapy.
